Druids Cross Road was a neglected, cold house that despite being on a large plot had relatively small living accommodation. Architect Peter Carmichael brought the house back to life and up to a standard greater than building regulations required.
Caldway were delighted to be part of this scheme designed specifically for the family that had seen the potential in this now beautiful home.
The house benefited from a full refurbishment, loft conversion, rear kitchen extension and gable bow bay extension. With a combination of traditional radiators and modern underfloor heating the house has regained its heart and its warmth.
Project Type: Extensions / Full Refurbishments / Internal Structural Alteration / Loft Conversion / Self Build Schemes
